We have our first Black president. He did not win in Texas but, luckily, the majority of the nation did vote for him and against the Bush Republican Party!!
I feel good about the outcome. I know many people who are outraged at the thought of a Black president. Hopefully we will all support him.

I know only one person here who wanted the Republicans to win and she's married to a very wealthy American banker. Everyone else is thrilled with the result and more than one friend today was moved to tears when talking about it. I think everyone wants America to be what it once was, a leader and not a bully. Huge excitement in the Futers household and London in general.
